DESCRIPTION:With our Crisis Response and Incident Management service, we manage our client’s responsibilities with in the aftermath of a breach or incident by applying a planned roadmap already crafted by Apothecary for each client including on-demand rapid response, breach containment, and scenario planning to ensure operational continuity.
Pre-Incident Response Planning – Draft, finalize, and apply best practices in preplanning for cyber attacks based on our client’s preferred level of preparation and in compliance with active cyber insurance policies.
Breach Containment Kits – Pre-built physical and digital "break glass" kit with key contacts, recovery tools, and emergency access procedures.
Tabletop Exercises – Simulate security incidents with family members and key staff to ensure preparedness for major events (e.g., SIM swap attacks).
